The Marquette County Sheriff’s Office is releasing the name of the person involved in the single fatal snowmobile crash that occured on December 31, 2013. The Snowmobile was operated by Jeffrey Dusseault, 45, of Marquette, who was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation.

As 2013 wrapped-up, Detroit recorded the city’s fewest number of criminal homicides in several years. As of Tuesday morning, 332 homicides were reported compared with 384 at the same time last year.
