If you follow a healthy lifestyle and still feel tired, you should rule out all possible medical causes of tiredness.
Most often, tiredness springs out from an illness, hormonal imbalance, pregnancy, vitamin deficiency, work and family problems, lack of sleep or boredom. Anti-depressant medicines can also cause tiredness.
Seek medical advice if you are constantly tired. An underlying health problem, left unchecked, can lead to poor health, even if you are following a healthy lifestyle.
