Great Lakes Radio Gets Things Ready for Santa
Luke setting the stage up for the Redmen Chorale.
Marquette Township – December 3, 2013 – Great Lakes Radio is getting ready for the Marquette Township Christmas tree lighting tonight.
Luke and Kevin are busy getting the stage ready for the Redmen Chorale tonight so the kids stay warm as they sing Christmas carols while we all wait for Santa to arrive.
We’ve heard warnings that the GRINCH is planning to steal Christmas from Marquette Township, but the Marquette County Sheriff’s Department will be close by to make sure that doesn’t happen!
Join us tonight for hayrides with LIVE music, courtesy of Michigan Sales & Equipment and FREE cocoa, apple juice and cookies, compliments of The Westwood Mall and Super One Foods.
For more information and a schedule of events, go to the Marquette Township Business Association’s website.
A member of the Great Lakes Radio family since 2013, Nancy spends a lot of time at the front desk helping customers and the sales team. When not hard at work writing and editing, if this Sriracha enthusiast isn't experimenting in her kitchen, she can usually be found with her nose in a book or in front of a computer keeping up with her favorite blogs, researching topics for future articles, and playing World of Warcraft... FOR THE HORDE! (BattleTag: GingrMadness#1559)
Nancy's days of chasing little ones around are over for now, but she looks forward to chasing grandkids around in the future (the DISTANT future). UPDATE! That first grandkid is on the way! Pretty soon Nancy's going to be chasing another little Peanut around - in fact, L'il Peanut is expected to make his or her arrival right around Thanksgiving! Until then, she'll be enjoying the quiet and shopping for her new grandchild!
Always in search of a good red and a great read (or a great red and a mediocre read), Nancy welcomes your suggestions on either.
