Local Teacher and Her Daughter Pledge Their Allegiance to the Packers
Tune in to 98.3 FM WRUP on Sunday, Jan. 5th at 2:00 pm (EST) to cheer on the Packers as they battle the 49ers in this Wild Card Round of Playoffs
Marquette, Michigan – January 3, 2014 – Marquette school teacher, Sue Switzer and her daughter Sara Switzer, Customer Service Rep at Range Bank in Calumet, wrote The Packer Pledge of Allegiance to show their support for their beloved Green Bay Packers.
Packer Pledge of Allegiance
I pledge allegiance to Lambeau Field, home of the great Green Bay Packers. And to the Lombardi trophy, all four of which reside in our Hall of Fame, under the protection of the great Reggie White. One awesome team, with the NFL’s best fans decked out in their finest green and gold from head to toe. A Team of honor, tradition, and victory.
Sue Switzer said they were “pulling out all the stops” for this game since the Packers had such a rough season. She and her daughter jointly authored this pledge to show their support for the Green and Gold.
How about you? Do you pledge your allegiance to the Green and Gold? Do you have a jersey that you refuse to wash? Lucky socks? How do you show your support for the Packers?
GO PACK, GO!

Nancy's days of chasing little ones around are over for now, but she looks forward to chasing grandkids around in the future (the DISTANT future). ***UPDATE! That first grandkid is on the way! Little Liam Michael is expected to make his appearance right around Thanksgiving!*** Until then, she'll be enjoying the quiet and counting down the days until she can spoil her new grandson rotten!
Always in search of a good red and a great read (or a great red and a mediocre read), Nancy welcomes your suggestions on either.
