Marquette, Michigan – March 17, 2014 – The Friends of the Library are sponsoring a Blowout Sale of Used Books at the Ishpeming Carnegie Public Library on Saturday, April 5th.
The library is in the process of renovation to make it more accessible to all patrons. The changes are following the standards set forth by the Americans with Disabilities Act and the next phase of work being done is the installation of a Limited Use / Limited Application elevator for the building.
All books on sale will be 25 cents from 10 am to noon and from noon to 2 pm, there will be a bag sale at $2.50 a bag. From 2 pm to closing (4 pm) the books will be free to good homes.
Mark your calendar and stop by the used book sale on Saturday, April 5th between 10 am and 4 pm.
