Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Anthony Michael Adams, 32 year old Ramsay native, was sentenced in 32nd Circuit Court in Gogebic County of June 24, 2014 by the Honorable Judge Gotham.

Adams was responsible for a string of local Home Invasions and Breaking & Enterings that the Michigan State Police Wakefield Post and Gogebic County Sheriff’s Office were investigating.  The joint investigation along with assistance from the Gogebic County Prosecutor’s Office turned up nearly all the stolen property.  The Michigan State Police dive team was utilized and recovered the stolen firearms from the Open Pity Plymouth Mine in April of 2014.

Adams was sentenced to the Michigan Department of Corrections for a minimum of 12-30 years.
