My Ishpeming friend caught 25 of these this week

caught 25 Bluegill’s Wednesday in the Gwinn area of this week. They fought nicely he said.

Then you read about a story like this. A whopper of a Lobster was caught.

The Main State Aquarium takes a nice pciture of this young boy touching the lobster.

I would say Red Lobster would love to have had this one. However, It was caught and released.

On 2/24/12 this Maine man caught a 27lb lobster.
It’s big, but not the biggest. The World record is 44 lb. A colossal, 27lb lobster has been caught off the Maine coast – but thanks to a kind-hearted fisherman, it won’t be
heading for the pot.

Robert Malone, from Cushing, caught the crustacean in
his shrimp nets last Friday. He turned the lobster – the size of an average three- nets last Friday. He turned the lobster – the size of an average three- year-old – over to the aquarium at Boothbay Harbor.

The lobster, dubbed Rocky after it was found in the Rockland coasta area, is 40 inches long and weighs in at 27lb …”
