NAACP Definitely NOT In the Right Mind
Dan Adamini – In The Right Mind
Marquette, MI – February 15, 2014 – NAACP Hates Black Conservatives
Calls for the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People to condemn hateful comments are still unanswered. North Carolina director of the NAACP Rev. William Barber referred to Senator Tim Scott of South Caroline as a ventriloquist dummy. Calls for the supposed equal rights organization to condemn the statements fall on deaf ears. Senator Scott – to his credit took the high road and simply said he would continue to hold the door open for others rather than follow the bad example of Rev. Barber. The song NAACP is nastier than some of my songs because the accepted hatred from liberal groups needs to be condemned. Apparently to them, you’re not black if you’re not Liberal. The song Black and White strikes a similar tone. Liberals only see you as a member of a group they can exploit – not as an individual.
Spinning News is also an issue that has been in the news since the White House began saying it’s a GOOD thing that jobs will be lost because more people an follow their dreams (unless their dream is to have a job)! The unemployed are now “retired” Small businesses are created by turning big business into small business.
I discussed the daily rants & blogs from wfxd.com regarding Lincoln’s Birthday, Valentines Day, Drones for private use and the U.P. 200 as well. My favorite is the school in Illinois that didn’t like gun control signs because there was a picture of a gun (even though it had a red circle and slash through it).
We had 4 callers today… more who called, but our phone system is like the one on the Andy Griffith show where only one person can talk at a time… and Sara the operator can’t take a call when someone else is on the line. I appreciate the calls, and the fact that people are motivated to do so.
This show won an award from the Michigan Association of Broadcasters for one of our Wolf Shows… Wonderful news… only one of MANY awards for Great Lakes Radio this year…. I’m glad to be the annoying neighbor to the family here at GLR.
