Wondering which supplements to take? The fact is, there is no one right solution. A core regimen consisting of a daily multivitamin, a high quality fish oil supplement and a total of 2,000 IU of vitamin D makes sense for nearly everyone. But beyond that, there are few hard-and-fast rules. As long as you stick with relatively modest dosages from a quality manufacturer, it’s okay to do a bit of prudent experimentation with supplements.
Try it and see how you feel. Keep in mind that your needs may change over time – what worked for you at a particular age, or state of health, may not work for you at another.
