U.P. Oriented Weekend (Oct. 4th – Oct. 6th) Sports Schedule
October is here. Best time of the year in my humble opinion, at least when it comes to sports. Baseball playoffs are starting, Hockey & Basketball are returning, and Football is in full swing. Naturally, this will lead to some pretty jam-packed weekends on the couch watching the tube. Here is your list of games for teams that I view as “U.P. relevant”.
The Tigers will be in Oakland this weekend for the first two games of the ALDS. The Athletics have revenge in their minds this year, as the Tigers managed to knock them out of the playoffs in 2012. The Tigers will feature pitchers Max Scherzer & Justin Verlander in games 1 & 2 respectively. You can catch all of those games on TBS.
