Join us for the Negaunee Miners Tailgate Party Friday, September 16, 2017

Marquette, MI  –  September 15, 2017  –  Tailgate it up with the Negaunee Miners Varsity Football Team! Come out to the Negaunee High School Football Field this evening from 5:00p to 6:30p for the First Annual Negaunee Miners Tailgate Party!

Before the football game starts, there will be activities for the kids, lots of free prizes, and hot dogs and pop donated by Super One Foods. You can even put your name in the raffle for a chance to win a brand new Chevy Silverado to be given away by Fox Negaunee at half time.

And of course, the Miners will be putting those cleats on the ground tonight for some football action. Our boys take on the Iron Mountain Mountaineers with the usual kickoff time of 7:00 pm.

Mark Evans and Gregg Nelson will be up in the press box for the pre-game show starting around 6:30 pm before the Miners take the field at 7:00. If you can’t make it down for the tailgate party and football game, make sure to tune in on Sunny 101.9 for the full game broadcast or stream it live!

Next week, the Miners take a quick trip down the road to Gwinn High School for a cross-town showdown with the Modeltowners! That game will also start at 7:00 pm and will be broadcast on Sunny 101.9.

Thanks to Honor Credit Union, Fox Negaunee, Super One Foods, Negaunee High School and the Boosters for making the tailgate party happen.
