Marquette Township Manager Randy Girard

MARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Marquette Township Manager Randy Girard joined the SUNNY Morning Show this morning to discuss a wide range of items.

Manager Girard outlined the latest goings on with the Township including some recent controversy over a planned gas station in the Township owned and operated by the Keweenaw Bay Indian Community.

He also discussed a very successful meeting with Marquette City officials over water rates for Township residents and the latest on the ballot proposal language for the Peter White Public Library Township user millage that will be on the November ballot.

He also discussed several other items including an upcoming car show and cruise that will be held later this month at the Westwood Mall parking lot near the Applebee’s Restaurant.
