Marquette Residents Can Save Energy Dollars NOW
Program Manager Natasha Koss
MARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Residents in select areas of the City of Marquette have an opportunity to save their energy dollars as winter approaches once again.
Natasha Koss, Program Manager for the Better Buildings For Michigan program, stopped in on the SUNNY Morning Show to encourage residents to listen in and get involved.
The program gives homeowners the chance to have a comprehensive energy audit done of their homes for a fee of $50.00. These types of audits can traditionally cost $400.00 to $800.00, but are much more affordable through this program.
Natasha explained that once the audit is complete, homeowners can opt into one of two funding plans to put the recommended changes into effect and make their homes airtight and energy efficient.
