Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Lake Superior Hospice is hosting “Hotcakes for Hospice” on Sunday from 8:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. at the Frazier Boat Yard in Marquette.
LSH CEO Carole Carr joined The SUNNY Morning Show with Walt & Mike to promote the event and explain where the funds raised will go.
Carr said guests will enjoy breakfast by the bay as well as a delicious menu, which includes pancakes, French toast, sausage links,orange juice, coffee and milk; maple syrup, blueberry sauce and fresh strawberries.
She explained that all proceeds raised will go to benefit the Lake Superior Hospice Patient Care Fund which is organized to help meet the needs of patients and their families while under the care of Lake Superior Hospice.
Tickets are priced at $12 forages 13 and older; $5 for youth ages 6-12; and a donation is suggested for children five and younger. Tickets can be purchased at the door or by contacting Lake Superior Hospice at 225-7760.
