A Great Motorcycle Run Planned To Benefit Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Marquette & Alger Counties

Marquette, MI – (Great  Lakes Radio News) – A fantastic way to enjoy a fall Saturday on the back of your favorite motorcycle is coming soon in Marquette County.  AND it benefits a great cause!

Chris Croley, the Marquette Chapter President of the Warthogs Motorcycle Club and Jayne Letts, Executive Director of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Marquette an Alger Counties, stopped in today to explain.

Croley said the Warthogs 2013 Poker Run to benefir Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Marquette & Alger Counties is coming up on Saturday, September 7th and will start at the Bald Eagle Harley-Davidson store in Marquette with registration from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

The ride will then commence and will visit several locations around the area, ending at the Downtown Marquette Commons for food and refreshments.

Letts talked about how the BB/BS program is benefitted by this poker run and how people can get involved with the program as a “Big” if they are interested.
