110th District State Representative Scott Dianda

Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – 110th District State Representative Scott Dianda stopped in this morning a for cup of coffee and chat about things going on in Lansing.

Dianda, who was heading back to Lansing after a weekend of town hall meetings on veterans issues in his district, joined The SUNNY Morning Show with Walt & Mike to give listeners an update on those meetings and other issues.

The Calumet Democrat said that the meetings had been very successful with high level of turnout and concerns over services at veteran’s homes downstate and their privatization were some of the top issues.

He also talked about the current push to privatize food service in the state corrections system and why he feels doing so will have detrimental results in the near future for the state.
