Old Friends Reunite To Make Music And Benefit Big Brothers/Big Sisters

Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Two nights of live music to support Big Brothers Big Sisters are happening this weekend in Marquette.

Jayne Letts of BB/BS of Marquette and Alger Counties and former Marquette resident and musician Dean Moilanen joined The SUNNY Morning Show with Walt & Mike to promote the weekend’s fun.

Letts and Moilanen said come out and support Big Brothers Big Sisters at SCENE & REHEARD 2014 at The Dry Dock in Harvey on Friday, and The Ore Dock in Marquette on Saturday.

Moilanen talked about the entertainment that will feature the Day Trippers, Fast Eddie’s Blues Trust and an All Star Jam on Friday at the Dry Dock in Harvey, starting at 9:00pm.

He also added that on Saturday, The Crunge, The Amnesians and Wrecking Ball, featuring members of Blind Ambition, Queen City Rockers, & The Crunge will perform at The Ore Dock in Marquette on Saturday, starting at 8:00pm.

Letts said that a suggested $5 donation at the door will go to benefit the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Marquette and Alger Counties programs and activities.
