Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – On today’s Y Wednesday Update we heard about an interesting and important presentation coming up at the YMCA of Marquette County.
The YMCA Medical Director, Dr. Melanie Purres, physician and breast cancer thriver-survivor, joined The SUNNY Morning Show with Walt & Mike to talk about the presentation entitled “Women For Women – An informational session on Breat Reconstruction”.
Dr. Purres will lead the free presentation of reconstruction options after breast surgery on September 30 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Y Lounge at the Marquette facility on Fair Avenue.
Dr. Purres telked about the plan for the evening’s discussion as well as how she is personally connected to the effort and the YMCA’s Livestrong program.
