Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Michigan political expert Bill Ballenger joined the SUNNY Morning Show with Walt & Mike today to discuss the major races facing voters heading to the polls in November.

Ballenger discussed the race for Governor, U.S. Senate and the the 1st Congressional District and how some of these particular races are basically a statistical toss-up.

He also mentioned the fact that Michigan has the longest ballot in the country for voters to wade through in the voting booth and whether or not that will cause any problems at polling place.

Ballenger also talked about how candidate debates have taken a backseat to purchased message ads in getting the word about candidates and their positions on the issues.
