Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Ishpeming Public Schools Superintendent Carrie Meyer joined the Sunny Morning Show with Walt & Mike today for the Tuesday Superintendent Series.
Meyer shared some quick updates on sever items going on at the district including an upcoming Halloween Party hosted by the Ishpeming Key Club for middle school students who are doing well academically and with good attendance.
She also talked about Thursday “Rock and Read” play group activities going on at the Birchview Elementary and how people can get their kids involved.
Meyer also talked about schedule for the upcoming Parent-Teacher Conferences and shared some good athletic news concerning the high school boy’s and girl’s cross-country teams.
Finally, she sent out a message of good luck to the Negaunee Miners and Gwinn Modeltowners as they head into the MHSAA High School Football playoffs.
