NMU Wildcat Wednesday: Energy Conservation And Reduction In Full Swing At NMU

Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio) – Northern Michigan University is actively taking steps to conserve energy and to reduce the campus’ energy consumption.

Kathy Richards, Associate Vice President of Engineering & Planning/Facilities at NMU, joined the Sunny Morning Show today for Wildcat Wednesday to talk about these efforts.

Richards explained what her department manages on campus and how they are working to address energy usage in multiple buildings.

She also talked about some of the upcoming construction and facility renovation projects that are going to work to roll back Northern’s energy use.
