Negaunee, Michigan – November 7, 2018 – Okay, so before you read this post, make sure you read my previous posts on My Yoga Journey, Week 1 and Week 2 & 3 of Baron Baptiste’s 40 Days to Personal Revolution program. This program I’m following really is revolutionary.
I’m being forced to take a really good, long, hard look at myself and how I live my life. Slowly making small changes and adding in more yoga and meditation along with changing up my diet is making me realize how unhealthy I have been the majority of my life, particularly my stress level and my constant need for approval.
The Laws for Week #4 were:
7. Relax with what IS.
8. Remove the rocks.
Homework: 60 minute yoga practice every day for 6 days. Meditation 20 minutes twice a day. Journal on book questions and what comes up. Balancing diet: FRUIT FAST. Read Week #5 in book. Read about the three days of my fruit fast here (1), here (2), and here (3).
The Laws for Week #5 were:
9. Don’t rush the process.
10. Be true to yourself.
Homework: 75 minute yoga practice every day for 6 days. Meditation 30 minutes twice a day. Journal on book questions and what comes up. Balancing Diet: Bland, fresh foods (to come off of fruit fast). Read Week #6 in book.
