Traditional Music Jam at the Peter White Public Library

Musicians of all abilities are invited to a  traditional music jam is at the Peter White Public Library. Join other acoustic musicians for a community jam celebrating traditional folk music on Sunday, December 18 from 2:00 to 5:00 pm in the library’s Community Room.

Bring your guitar, fiddle, banjo, dulcimer, bass, or voice to play and sing those great old time folk music tunes by Peter, Paul and Mary, the Carter Family, Woody Guthrie, Bob Dylan and other great acoustic musicians. Some holiday songs will be included in the mix as well.

The music jam is not a performance but an informal gathering for people interested in playing or singing with others who enjoy traditional music. Listeners are always welcome.

There is no admission charge to attend the event which is sponsored by the Hiawatha Music Co-Op and the Peter White Public Library.
