Bomb Threat at Comerica Park During Tigers Game
MARQUETTE, MI- (Great Lake Radio News) – There was another bomb threat in Detroit yesterday. This time it was at Comerica Park during the Tiger game against the Angels.
Police say someone called 9-1-1 at eight p.m., making the threat. There were no evacuations, and an all-clear was issued by 11 p.m. Detroit police inspector Don Johnson says no suspicious device was found.
This latest threat follows the Monday shutdown of the Ambassador Bridge because of a bomb threat. And last Thursday there was a similar threat at the Detroit-Windsor tunnel. In no cases were suspicious devices found.
