Five People Charged In Negaunee Stolen Vehicle Incident
MARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) - Negaunee City Police say a total of five people have been charged in connection with the Monday night incident at the Negaunee Citgo gas station on US-41 involving a stolen Jeep.
18-year-old Jordan Gursky of Two Rivers, WI has been charged with assaulting a police officer, causing injury, theft of a motor vehicle and destruction of police property. The charges come after Gursky allegedly repeatedly rammed a Negaunee Police cruiser with a Jeep stolen from Wisconsin.
Three other people, 23-year-old Danielle Fortin, 20-year-old Jacob Espinoza and 19-year-old Amy Kangas have all been charged with misdemeanors and a 15-year-old girl was charged with being a minor in possession of alcohol.
