Marquette county man plead quilty to manufacturing meth in his home

MARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – A Marquette County man has plead guilty to a charge of manufacturing meth in his home. 

29-year-old Robert Fields of Ishpeming appeared in court in Marquette County today and plead guilty to a charge of delivery and manufacture of methamphetamine. 

The guilty plea was part a plea agreement and two other charges pending against Fields were subsequently dropped. Fields was arrested in May of this year on the charges. 

He faces sentencing on November 2.  The maximum sentence for the charge is 20 years in prison and/or a fine of $25,000.
