Delta County man appeared in court after running a vehicle into Gladstone's Public Safety building in August

MARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – A Delta County man who ran a stolen vehicle into the headquarters of the Gladstone Public Safety Department in August appeared in court yesterday on a series of related charges.

33-year-old Robert Anderson of Gladstone was in Delta County Circuit Court on charges of vehicle theft, possession of a controlled substance, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, resisting and obstructing arrest and malicious destruction of property.

Under a plea agreement, Johnson plead no contest to four of the counts with the count of malicious destruction of property being waived after sentencing.

Johnson faces sentencing on November 19.  He is currently being held at the Delta County jail on a $10,000 cash bond.
