    Break-in at Palmer businessMARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News)The Marquette County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a breaking and entering Sunday night at a Palmer business.

    The incident was reported around 10:40 p.m. at Fran’s Service Station when the owner was returning home and saw two men coming out of a basement window of the business with some stolen items.

    The two suspects, who are described as two young men wearing dark hooded sweatshirts, briefly subdued the owner at gunpoint and then fled into a wooded area behind the store.

    The owner was not injured.  If you have any information about this incident you are asked to contact your nearest law enforcement agency.
