Gas Prices Down in Michigan
MARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Michigan motorists continue to receive holiday cheer.
‘Triple A Michigan’ says gas prices around the state fell more than 18 cents a gallon this week. The Auto Club says the current statewide average of just over $3.24 per gallon is down more than 32 cents in a month and is just four-tenths of a cent more than last year.
Triple-A says that the lowest average price among the cities it surveys, was found in the Flint area at just under $3.11 cents per gallon. The highest price was in the Jackson area at $3.29 cents.
Dearborn-based ‘Triple A Michigan’ surveys 2,800 Michigan gas stations daily.
