Deaths from Traffic Accidents Down this Holiday

Holiday car crashes down this yearMARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News)Michigan State Police say the number of traffic deaths were down during the 2012 “Lifesaver Holiday Weekend” from Friday, December 21 through Sunday, December 23.

Troopers say four people lost their lives in Michigan this year compared to eight in 2011. State Police say alcohol was involved in three of the accidents, and three of those killed were not buckled up.
