Water Main Break Closes Street in Marquette

MARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – The City of Marquette has announced that a section of Lincoln Avenue has been closed to through traffic.

The closure is in effect for the section between Magnetic Street and Cleveland Avenue due to a water main break.

City Public Works crews are on the scene working on repairing the break, and the street is expected to be closed until about 6 o’clock this evening.
