Fatal Snowmobile Accident in Menominee County

Great Lakes Radio News UpdateMARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News)The Menominee County Sheriff’s Department has released an update of their investigation into a fatal snowmobiling accident that happened last weekend.

24-year old Timothy Graham of Spalding was with two other snowmobilers when he lost control of his machine on the Cedar River waterway near Kell Road in Spalding Township just after 11 o’clock Friday night.

He was pronounced dead at the scene. No one else was injured. Investigators say excessive speed and alcohol appeared to be contributing factors in the crash.
