MARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Authorities in Delta County responded to a two-vehicle accident last night in Gladstone.
One person was injured in the crash just after 7 p.m. at the intersection of US 2 and 41 and South Hill Road.
Reports say a vehicle driven by Grant Ziems of Gladstone, was turning left onto the highway from South Hill Road when he was struck by a pickup truck pulling a empty horse trailer, driven by Andrew Fleming of Florence Wisconsin.
Ziems sustained some minor injuries and was treated at the scene. Fleming was not injured and was ticketed for disregarding a red light.
