Marquette Country Road Commission Closes Road Due to Washout

Great Lakes Radio News UpdateMARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News)The Marquette County Road Commission has closed a section of County Road 478, also known as the Greenwood Reservoir Road until further notice.

A portion of the road just over four miles east of County Road 601, and 1.5 miles west of County Road CO has washed out due to flooding.

The Road Commission says the road is expected to remain closed until the waters recede and the affected culverts are replaced.
