Iron Mountain, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – An Iron County man has plead not guilty to several felony counts in connection with a police chase that crossed state lines late last year.
51-year-old Michael Santi of Crystal Falls was arrested in December after he allegedly lead police on a chase that started in Wisconsin and ended in a crash in Iron Mountain.
He plead not guilty yesterday in Dickinson County Circuit Court to multiple felony counts of fleeing and eluding and malicious destruction of property.
He was ordered to undergo a criminal responsibility exam and faces a pretrial hearing on February 1st.
