MARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – The investigation is continuing into the arrest of a woman with ties to Upper Michigan who was arrested in Duluth, Minnesota for fatally stabbing another woman.
Police responded to a report of a stabbing at a residence on the 100 block of East Fifth Street Sunday. They found the victim, 46-year-old Lisa Kay Davis of Duluth, inside the residence and she was transported to a local hospital, where she later died.
Police identified the suspect as 29-year-old Nicole Revello formerly from Marquette, who was new to the area. Revello was an acquaintance of the victim, and was found in a rear bedroom of the residence. She was arrested on a charge of second-degree murder.
An autopsy is pending.
