MARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – A Copper Country woman who was previously arrested on parental kidnapping charges will be going to trial on other issues in Houghton County Circuit Court.
Christina Stark, 32, of Calumet is scheduled to have a four day trial in October for five counts of Uttering and Publishing for writing bad checks.
Stark has a one day trial set for November 6th on a Kidnapping/Custodial Interference charge. Stark allegedly kidnapped her 11-year-old son from her residence in November and fled to Illinois.
