Munising, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – State Police from the Munising Detachment have arrested an Alger County man on Criminal Sexual Conduct charges.
39-year-old Matthew David Jaqua of Chatham was arrested on a six count 1st Degree CSC warrant.
Jaqua is being held at the Alger County Jail on a $100,000 cash bond.
A preliminary examination is set for February 23rd in Alger County District Court.
Each count carries a maximum penalty of up to life in prison.
