Ojibway Inmates Arraigned for Murder

U.P._News_UpdateMARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – State Police at the Wakefield Post say two inmates at the Ojibway Correctional Facility in Marenisco have been arraigned on murder charges in connection with the January death of a prisoner at the facility.

Delorean Henderson and Michael Smith were arraigned on second degree murder charges in Gogebic County Court following their arrests in June for the killing of an inmate while they were at the Ojibway Facility on January 11th of this year.

Both Henderson and Smith are being held at the Baraga Correctional Facility pending final court proceedings.
