NMU Professor Appointed Interim Dean of Business College

Northern_Michigan_UniversityMARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News)Dr. David Rayome has been named interim dean of Northern Michigan University’s College of Business. The appointment was announced this week by NMU Provost Paul Lang.

Rayome joined the NMU faculty in 1991 and was named the college’s outstanding teacher in 2002. He most recently held the rank of full professor and served as chair of the Graduate Programs Committee during the last academic year.

Rayome’s interim appointment fills the vacancy left by Jamal Rashed, who recently accepted a position at the College of Mount St. Joseph in Cincinnati.
