Man in Custody for Indecent Exposure in Marquette

Marquette-Police-symbolMARQUETTE, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Marquette City Police have reported taking into custody a man for allegedly exposing himself to two women.
Chase Walker Rowe, 28, was taken into custody Monday afternoon after a short search by City Police after a call was made around 3:15PM by a woman walking down the bike path between Fair Avenue and Wright Street stating that a man had come out of the woods exposing himself.  The woman stated that there was another woman on the bike path that had also witnessed the man as well.
Rowe was taken to custody after being discovered in a garage on West Avenue and was positively identified by both of the female victims.
Police say that Rowe, a recent arrival to Marquette from Texas, had been responsible for other indecent exposure incidents this summer in the same area.
Rowe is facing a charge of indecent exposure by a sexually delinquent person and arraignment is set for Monday August 5th at 8:15am.
