Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Following this week’s vote by the Marquette City Commission to hold a special meeting on October 30th to conduct a public hearing and consider adopting a proposed truck route ordinance, city officials are seeking input from all interested parties.

City staff have crafted a “Frequently Asked Questions” document to provide updates and clarifications as required.

In addition, members of the City Administration will be available to answer additional questions or address concerns related to the proposal.

Comments may be provided via e-mail to manager@mqtcty.org, or in writing to Marquette City Hall at 300 W. Baraga Avenue in Marquette, MI 49855.

The F-A-Q document and the proposed ordinance can be found on the home page of the City’s website, www.mqtcty.org.

Copies are also available in the Clerk’s office, located in City Hall, and in Peter White Public Library.
