Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Marquette Police are looking for the public’s help as they investigate a hit and run accident.

The accident happened around 4:00 p.m. last Friday on the 600 block of Blemhuber when a 16-year-old Marquette male stepped off the curb in front of his house to check the mail and was struck by an unknown vehicle.

He was taken to Marquette General Hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries and was released.
