Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – The Marquette City Commission is selecting a traffic flow plan for the US-41/M-28 corridor adjacent to the new hospital construction project at a special meeting today.

The Commission is deciding on a preferred alternative for access from the highway to the Duke LifePoint hospital campus being built on Baraga Avenue.

The Commission and city staff explored a series of options including roundabouts, bridges and other alternatives over the last several months and is formally adopting a plan today.

The Commission is also be addressing some pre-construction contract changes for the Municipal Service Center Project.
