Hancock Man Pleads “Not Guilty” Of CSC Charges

Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – A Hancock man who has volunteered with the Houghton High School hockey team has plead not guilty to criminal sexual conduct charges.

30-year-old Brad Aldrich entered the plea yesterday in Houghton County Circuit Court.  Aldrich is charged with third and fourth degree CSC charges for alleged involvement with a male student between the ages of 16 and 18.

Aldrich will face a preliminary exam in the next month.

Third degree CSC is a felony punishable by up 15 years in prison, while Fourth Degree CSC is a misdemeanor punishable by up to two years in jail.
