Investigation Into Death Of Missing Hunter Continues In Eastern U.P.

Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – The investigation is continuing into the cause of death of a hunter who went missing last weekend in Chippewa County.

The body of 52-year-old Robert Andrzejewski was found early Sunday about 3 miles away from his duck blind in Munuscong Lake in the lower St. Marys River.

Search and rescue groups had gone out Saturday evening after he was overdue from a hunting trip.

Searchers from Coast Guard Air Station Detroit came in on Sunday to help and found Andrzejewski’s body and boat around 8:30 in the morning.
