Marquette Police Release Update About Three Vehicle Accident

Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Marquette City Police have released an update about a three-car accident yesterday evening in South Marquette.

The accident happened around 6:30 p.m. at the intersection of US-41 and Marquette Drive when a car, driven by 73-year-old Tim Larson of Marquette, pulled out onto US-41 from Marquette Drive and into the path of a northbound car.

Those two vehicles collided and they were struck by a northbound minivan that was unable to stop in time.

Larson and the two other drivers sought treatment for minor injuries at MGH.

Larson was arrested for Operating While Impaired and was lodged in the Marquette County Jail.
