Marquette Has Lowest Gas Prices In State (For Once)

Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – The average price of a gallon of gas rose seven cents in Michigan during the past week, according to Triple-A Michigan.

The statewide average is now three-thirty-three per gallon. That’s still about 25-cents per gallon last than this time last year.

‘The lowest prices among markets surveyed was found in Marquette, at three-twenty-five per gallon.

The highest average was in Benton Harbor, Saginaw, Bay City and Traverse City, where it was about three-thirty-eight per gallon.

Triple-A surveys 28-hundred gas stations daily.
