Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – Marquette City Police are looking for the public’s help as they search for a vehicle involved in a hit and run accident yesterday in Marquette.

Police say the incident happened just after noon at the intersection of Presque Isle Avenue and Norwood Street.

The suspect vehicle hit another vehicle while attempting to turn left onto Norwood from Presque Isle.

The driver’s side of the victim’s vehicle sustained substantial damage.

The suspect vehicle is described as a dark blue Chevrolet or GMC full-size SUV or pickup truck.

It is believed to have damage near the driver’s headlight area.  The suspect vehicle was last seen heading west on Norwood.
