Marquette, MI – (Great Lakes Radio News) – A new director of the Peter White Public Library in Marquette has been selected.
The Library Board of Trustees voted to offer the position to Andrea Ingmire of Indiana at a special meeting last night.
Ingmire is currently the library director at the Greensburg-Decatur County Public Library in Greensburg, Indiana.
According to reports, she has accepted the offer and will transition into the position over the next several months.
Ingmire takes over for Pam Christensen, who retired in December after 24 years as the Peter White Public Library Director.
